The operator "STATED IT LOOKED LIKE A WHITE ROUND ORBIT" and "OBSERVED UAP MOVING AS FAST AS 500MPH." The structured fields add: aircraft altitude about 22,500 feet, UAP physical state "Solid," effects on persons "NO," and an observer rank of A1C (E-3). The report closes: "THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED AT THIS TIME." AARO's description of the video says the sensor repeatedly loses and reacquires an "area of contrast" and that an auto-tracking reticle engaged without achieving a lock.
Cautions: AARO states that all descriptive and estimative language "reflects the reporter's subjective interpretation at the time" and should not be read as conclusive about the object's features or performance. And the war.gov video listing says the footage is from 2024, while the mission report itself is dated October 2025; we use the report's date. The case is unresolved.
