CORRECTION (11 October 2026). Our original Case L-1 video and page, published 29 September 2026, quoted a Colorado officer saying "I did check radar, there is no aircraft flying in the area" and "This has been flying stationary for about 15 minutes" over footage from October 2023. That pairing was wrong. Those words were spoken on 2 January 2024, over a different video (see Case L-4). We have withdrawn the original L-1 video.
What happened: when Release 06 launched on 18 September 2026, the Pentagon published a transcript as LLE-UAP-D001 titled "October 2023," with the date blacked out. On 24 September it replaced that file with a different document - the real transcript of the October video - and later published the first text again as LLE-UAP-D004, now dated January 2, 2024. We built our video from the first file and did not re-check it before publishing. We now compare every source file against the portal before building.
What the October 2023 record actually holds: LLE-UAP-PR001 is 1 minute 19 seconds of phone video from a local law enforcement officer in Colorado. AARO's summary says the officer described the phenomenon as "silent" and as featuring "red, blue, and green flashing lights." The corrected transcript has only three lines, from two speakers: "...come here," "...Come here," and "[Expletive] me." A longer video from the same month, with the officer's full narration, is Case L-2.
AARO's cautions still apply: it blurred the lower half of the footage for privacy, and notes that phone cameras "employ autofocus and other automated image-processing functions that may distort the apparent morphological and kinematic characteristics of distant subjects." The case is unresolved.
