FBI-UAP-PR002, "Red Orb Rotation," was released on 12 June 2026. The FBI's description: in March 2022, at approximately 1920 local time in the northeastern United States, an eyewitness "observed two bright red luminous light sources hovering near the horizon at an estimated distance of 2,500 feet."
"Both luminous objects maintained generally stationary positions throughout the encounter. The lower light source appeared to rotate slowly relative to the upper light source, moving from an apparent 6 o'clock position to slightly beyond the apparent 9 o'clock position." The eyewitness heard no sounds and filmed on an iPhone 12 Pro "at a location well known to them, which is sparsely populated." The FBI "assesses the individual who reported this event as highly credible."
The FBI says the subject matter of files FBI-UAP-D004 through D008 and videos FBI-UAP-PR001 through PR003 comes from the same general area of the northeastern United States, and that the July 2025 backyard sighting (FBI-UAP-PR004) happened within 25 miles of those sightings.

The witness put them about twenty five hundred feet away. Both stayed generally in place.
But the lower one appeared to slowly rotate relative to the upper light, from about the six o'clock position to just past nine.
No sound. Filmed on an iPhone 12 Pro, at a place the witness knew well, which is sparsely populated.
It is one of four F.B.I. videos from the same part of the northeast. The F.B.I. assesses this witness as highly credible.
